The IHA Summer Leadership Forum is the perfect opportunity for hospital board members and senior leaders to reenergize by joining colleagues and peers at the Marriott Conference Center in Coralville on June 10-11.

The forum agenda addresses critical issues from both the national and state perspectives. A number of topics will be focused on in particular, including the economy, hospital financing and the critical need for leaders to maximize human performance while balancing financial capital.

Maureen Swan, a highly regarded health care analyst in the industry, will open the Leadership Forum on June 10. Swan’s Twin Cities-based firm, MedTrend, specializes in data-driven analysis. She’s worked with doctors, hospitals and health systems across the country in market research, strategic and business development analysis and strategic planning.
